"Surprisingly Fast Help From Customer Service"
My order confirmation decided not to show up, which was super helpful, obviously, so I emailed vincecamuto.com support fully expecting to sit around waiting forever.
To their credit, they actually got back to me quickly. The person who replied sounded like a normal human being, not a copy-paste robot, and they found my order and sent over what I needed right away. it was simple and painless, which apparently is not too much to ask after all.

"Refund was quicker than I expected"
I had to send back a pair that just didn’t fit me right, and I was expecting the refund process to drag on. But once they received the return, the money showed back up on my card fast. I didn’t have to chase anyone or deal with a bunch of emails, which made the whole thing feel easy. Based on that experience, I’d feel comfortable ordering again.

"Great quality, even though I felt rushed"
I ordered a pair of Vince Camuto boots after feeling a little pressured to decide quickly, but i’m glad I went for them. The leather feels really soft, the stitching is neat, and they don’t have that cheap feel at all. I’ve worn them a few times now and they’re still really comfortable. Overall, I’m happy with the quality

"Great first impression, and I keep coming back"
The first time I ordered from Vince Camuto, what stood out right away was that they actually had my size and the color I wanted. That kind of set the tone for me, because I’ve gone back a few times since and usually have the same luck, even when the stores near me are totally picked over.
I like that I can quickly see what’s available without bouncing around a bunch of other sites. It just feels easier, that first good experience is probably why I still check here first.

I’ve bought a few pairs from vincecamuto.com now, and I’m into their style. the shoes feel modern and a little dressed up, but not so fancy that I can’t wear them with everyday outfits too.
The site was simple to look through, and the pictures made it easy to see the details before ordering. my boots showed up looking just like I expected, maybe even a bit nicer in person

"Sizing was spot on for me"
I ordered a pair of boots from Vince Camuto and was a little nervous because I’m kind of between sizes. I ended up going with my usual 8, and they fit perfectly for me, no tight toe box and no slipping around in the heel.
The size chart was actually useful, and when I had a quick question, support basically told me to “stick with your normal size if you’re usually an 8,” which turned out to be good advice. it was just nice not having to mess with a return

I picked up some boots on sale and they feel way nicer than what I paid for them. Shipping was fine overall, nothing really to complain about, but it wasn’t anything special either. Did anyone else have the same experience with the delivery being just kind of okay?

"Cute shoes, but the color was off"
I ordered a pair of shoes from vincecamuto.com and overall they’re cute and fit fine. The style is pretty much what was shown, so no issues there. But the color looked way more beige in the photos, and in person they came in darker than I expected. I feel like this always happens with online shoe shopping, the color never looks exactly the same. They’re not bad at all and the quality seems good, I’m just a little disappointed because I was hoping they’d match the pictures better.

I bought a pair of Vince Camuto boots and the leather feels really nice, actually, not just nice, it feels really good quality. It’s not cheap or stiff at all, which I was a little worried about. Overall, I’m happy with them.

I ordered shoes from Vince Camuto why can’t every store ship like this? I got the tracking info pretty much right away, and the shoes showed up way sooner than I expected. The box wasn’t beat up or anything either, which feels like a small miracle these days. I was fully prepared to sit around waiting for a week or more, but nope, they actually got it to me fast. No complaints here, just pleasantly surprised.

I had to return my order, which I was kind of dreading because I usually put that stuff off until the last minute. But the return process was smooth and didn’t take much effort at all. The refund took a little longer than I expected, but it did come through, so no real complaints. Overall, easier than I thought it would be.

"Looks reeeally nice, but not the toughest"
I ordered a pair of shoes from vincecamuto.com they looked sooo good when they first arrived. Super cute and exactly the style I wanted. But after just a few wears, the soles started looking more worn down than I expected. They’re still wearable, so it’s not a total loss, but for the price, I was hoping they’d hold up a little better.

"Pretty decent, just one mix-up"
My order showed up when it was supposed to, so that was good, and the shoes were the style I picked out, which is always a relief. But then I checked the sizes and one pair was wrong, so that was kind of frustrating. The return process wasn’t terrible or anything, just one of those annoying extra things you don’t want to deal with. Overall it wasn’t a bad experience, but yeah, I do wish they’d double-check the orders a little better before shipping them out.
